We walk in various local locations and welcome new members. You will need a set of poles and we can explain the techniques to maximise the health benefits of Nordic walking. Walks are typically 5-7 miles in length. All abilities catered for and we have 2 spare sets of poles to loan to beginners and nordic pole tuition/refresher training is available by arrangement over winter when group walks usually cease (Nov-Feb)
