We originally had a fitness trainer guiding us and encouraging us to improve our fitness and when that finished we decided to continue to meet. We like to start the week off with a brisk walk of 4-5 miles each Monday. We have recently increased the group numbers to include more people. Each member is encouraged to choose a walk so, anyone who wants to, can plan or share their favourite walk.
