Members research and present historical themes which are specific to Teignmouth. Subjects are varied and can be linked to any aspect of life. In recent months we have had presentations on: Keats in Teignmouth, the French Invasion, the History of St James Church, Teignmouth pubs both past and present, the Shaldon Bridge, Teignmouth in World War 2 and the history of the Morgan Giles boatyard. We have a good and varied schedule for the remainder of the year. There is a £1 charge per member towards the room hire.
